Terms and Conditions – Courses and Classes at The Loft Venue
The priority at Lucy's Angels is to keep you, your family and the venue as safe as possible whilst you attend classes. In order to achieve this, preventative measures have been put into place in line with government guidelines. As a participant you voluntarily seek services from Lucy’s Angels and must acknowledge that this increases your risk of exposure to Covid-19 and any other contagious illness.
At Lucy's Angels, we aim to provide a safe environment. However in the class parents and carers are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and their baby.
If there is an accident please tell your instructor who will help you to locate the first aid box. There are First Aiders on the premises and we will always contact and defer to the emergency services if appropriate.
All our equipment is regularly cleaned. However, should you be dissatisfied please make your Instructor aware of this.
No recording of any kind is permitted in any session. During Online classes, photography of any part of the course is also not permitted, for the safeguarding of yours and other children. In face to face classes, photography of your own child is permitted at the end of the class. Photography during the class is not encouraged, as it would conflict with the course aims and potentially disturb other attendees. Photos of your own baby at the end of the class are welcome.
Lucy's Angels forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc)
Lucy's Angels cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions during or after our classes.
At Lucy's Angels we treat everyone fairly and equally.
If you or your baby suffer from a medical condition that you feel we need to know about please tell us and this will be noted and treated confidentially.
If your child has a medical condition which is contagious please don’t bring them to class during the contagious period. Eg, please don’t bring your child to classes if they have sickness, diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo or conjunctivitis. Please follow your doctor’s advice and get the all clear before returning to classes. If you child has had sickness and diarrhoea they must be clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before coming to a class.
Lucy's Angels is under no obligation to refund your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course due to Covid-19 or any other illness or reason. If you miss a class no refund will be given but if possible we will offer you a make up class. You may not transfer your classes to anyone else.
If a class is cancelled by Lucy's Angels, a suitable alternative will be provided and if this is not possible then a refund for the missed class will be given.
In the event of a Lockdown, your remaining course sessions will be moved online to Zoom.
If you need to change classes we will do our best to accommodate you, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.
Except in exceptional circumstances (which Lucy's Angels will determine at its sole discretion) we regret that, once the course has started, we cannot issue any refunds or credits.
Lucy's Angels is unable to offer a refund in the event of adverse conditions such as bad weather which prevent you from attending your normal class if it is running.
We have public liability insurance (ask us if you’d like details.)
Terms and Conditions – Online classes via Zoom
In the event of a Lockdown your remaining sessions will be moved online to Zoom.
All settings on Lucy’s Angels Registration with Zoom have been made private. Participants can only join if they have been invited to Lucy Johns Personal Meeting room and have a password. All sessions are password protected and users must be authenticated by Lucy Johns before gaining entry. Sessions are not recorded and ability to record sessions has been disabled.
Parents are required to consent to participating in an Online Zoom Session on booking and purchase.
Parents are required to read the email sent to them on purchase of an Online Session which outlines Health & Safety measures, advice on oil and advice for setting up a space in preparation for the Baby Massage Session.
Parents and carers are wholly responsible for the safety of their baby and any other participant for the duration of the session.

Lucysangels.co.uk is a web site wholly owned and managed by Lucy's Angels Holistic Therapies. From the Lucy's Angels website you can gain information and purchase goods and services.

Your commitment
By placing an order for goods and / or services through the web site you warrant that you are legally capable of entering a contractual relationship with Lucy's Angels.
Making the contract
Services
All orders for services e.g. booking classes for children, represent a contractual relationship between the purchaser.
Goods
All orders for goods represent a contractual relationship between the purchaser and Lucy's Angels. Lucy's Angels will confirm acceptance electronically. All payment for goods will be made directly to Lucy's Angels.
Prices and payment
The price for any goods or services will be as quoted on our web site. All prices for goods are subject to VAT. All orders for services are subject to VAT if applicable. On confirming a purchase you are also confirming acceptance of the delivery charge which is quoted at the shopping trolley check out.
Please note that all charges are quoted in pounds sterling. All charges are made via secure payment mechanisms either Pay pal, cheque or BAC. Payment is taken prior to the service being given or the order despatched.
Delivery of goods
All merchandise ordered via our web site that we have in stock will be delivered to the specified delivery address within ten working days of payment being taken. The merchandise offered on our web site is generally available and every effort will be made to check its availability prior to accepting and acknowledging the order.
When this is not possible or for whatever reason the product is not available, Lucy's Angels will either refund any payment taken in full within seven days of establishing that the product is not available or advise when the product is likely to be back in stock. In this case the purchaser has the option to accept the revised delivery schedule or request a refund of payment.
Ownership
Lucy's Angels retain ownership of any merchandise ordered until we have received full payment for such merchandise.
Refunds
Any refund for classes (services) is discretionary. Once classes have started it is not normal to offer any refund.
Orders for goods can be cancelled at any time and for any reason within 15 days of the goods being delivered. To qualify for a refund you must cancel your order in writing and return the goods undamaged in its original packaging. We will refund any monies paid within 30 working days except for distribution charges.
We warrant that goods purchased from our web site are of satisfactory quality. If you have reservations about a product you should not accept delivery or notify us in writing within 30 days. If delivery is not accepted Lucy's Angels will, at its discretion, offer an alternative / replacement product or a refund. The refunding of delivery charges will be at the discretion of Lucy's Angels and will be governed by our assessment of the condition of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If no correspondence is received from the purchaser within 30 days of delivery it will be deemed that the product quality is satisfactory.

Where do we store data?
Data from this form related to the session is stored on our secure servers and in paper format in locked cabinets.
Who we share your data with:
If you have ticked to be added to our mailing list your email, name and babies name will be added to our Mailchimp account for newsletter purposes. Mailchimp do not share your data with anyone else.
Updating or Correcting Information
Requests for updating or correcting information can be made by email to lucy@lucysangels.co.uk
How long we hold the information for:
We are obliged to keep information relating to teaching session by our insurer for seven years, this information will include: -
· Your name, contact email and number
· Your babies name and age
· The date you attended
· Course paperwork
All other information can be removed from our systems at your request by email to lucy@lucysangels.co.uk
