I offer a 75-minute option instead of the traditional 60-minute "Full Body" Massage. This ensures that you receive enough time on your back, neck, and shoulders to melt away any stubborn knots and tension.
Or, take your relaxation to the next level with a 90-minute Massage, giving me ample time to thoroughly address all areas of tension.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a gentle and beneficial natural therapy with a profound effect on the mind and body. Some essential oils help to relieve stress, improve sleep patterns and energy levels, whilst others may be used for their analgesic effect on aching muscles and joints. I make up a blend tailored around your physical and emotional state to enhance your massage.

Pregnancy Massage
A safe, side-lying treatment that can be enjoyed from 12 weeks in your pregnancy journey.
A deeply relaxing and restorative treatment tailored entirely to your needs and your stage in pregnancy. A full treatment involves a combination of techniques such as Swedish, Acupressure, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage.
Postpartum Massage
Please wait until you are comfortable lying on your front and back. Healing and restorative relaxing Swedish Massage Strokes combined with Deep Tissue where needed and Hot Stones to melt away knots in your neck and shoulders. Postnatal Reflexology for Mum and Baby
Bring baby along for a deeply restorative and healing treatment. You can both snuggle up on my heated massage couch which has a raised back and lots of pillows for comfortable feeding and drifting off. Baby can also receive some foot or cranial reflexology. Leave feeling uplifted, rested, cared for, balanced and relaxed.
