Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is a gentle and beneficial natural therapy with a profound effect on the mind and body. Some essential oils help to relieve stress, improve sleep patterns and energy levels, whilst others may be used for their analgesic effect on aching muscles and joints. I make up a blend tailored around your physical and emotional state to enhance your massage.

Pregnancy Massage

A safe, side-lying treatment that can be enjoyed from 12 weeks in your pregnancy journey.

1 hour 30 mins is recommended for the first treatment. A deeply relaxing and restorative treatment tailored entirely to your needs and your stage in pregnancy. A full treatment involves a combination of techniques such as Swedish, Acupressure, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage.

Postnatal Reflexology for Mum and Baby

Bring baby along for a deeply restorative and healing treatment. You can both snuggle up on my heated massage couch which has a raised back and lots of pillows for comfortable feeding and drifting off. Baby can also receive some foot or cranial reflexology. Leave feeling uplifted, rested, cared for, balanced and relaxed.

Indian Head Massage on a Couch (From June)

An Indian Head Massage, performed while lying on a treatment couch, is a deeply relaxing experience targeting the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, and face. Using a carrier oil or a custom aromatherapy blend, this massage enhances therapeutic benefits.

It combines massage, stretching, and acupressure to release tension in muscles, tissues, and joints, stimulating energy points to detoxify, ease jaw tension, support lymphatic drainage, and boost oxygen flow to the brain. This reduces stress, fatigue, and improves mental clarity.

Scalp massage may also enhance hair health by improving circulation and nourishing hair follicles, with oils optionally used for added hair and skin conditioning.

Ear Candles (thermal auricular therapy)

Hopi candles can be used for many conditions including deafness caused by excess wax, congested sinuses, irritation in the ears, ringing or noises in the ears, tinnitus, rhinitis, glue ear, colds, flu, headaches migraines and vertigo.
