Subscription Details:

• Duration: Month-to-month standing order set up by you.

• Cancel Options: Either party may cancel the membership at any time.

  Your membership is set up month to month and will auto-renew until you cancel.

  Terms and Agreement:

  • The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Membership pricing will increase in line with regular prices but will always be cheaper than paying non-membership fees.
